In addition to UC Irvine being a premier research university, UCI Health has the privilege of being the only academic medical hospital in Orange County. As ACD, I helped the lead the efforts to reassure the community that whether it’s groundbreaking research, academic achievements, or a breakthrough in medicine, UCI will “Stop at Nothing” to make it happen.
A part of this was contributing to the efforts of UCI’s Brilliant Future campaign to raise $2 billion over two years— the largest philanthropic campaign in Orange County’s history.

This TV spot, featuring a real patient story, highlighted UCI Health’s expertise in treating high-risk cancer cases. This was recognized with a regional Emmy Award.
